FAQ

Ask us anything about the big day

The questions wedding planners, quince families and prom parents ask most, answered plainly. Anything else — call(561) 209-5466, any hour.

01How far in advance should I book a wedding or quinceanera limo?

For weddings and quinceaneras we recommend reserving four to eight weeks ahead, and earlier for peak dates — spring prom Saturdays and December gala season sell out across South Florida. That said, the instant-quote engine shows live availability, and we regularly accommodate celebrations booked the same week.

02How does your pricing work? Are there hidden fees?

Every fare is a fixed price generated by our instant quote engine before you confirm. Occasion transfers start at $75, airport pickups at $89 and long-distance journeys such as Palm Beach at $129. The quote already includes the chauffeur, fuel, tolls, standard waiting time, meet & greet and airport parking. There is no surge pricing and no meter.

03What vehicles are in the fleet and how many people fit in each?

Six classes: Business sedan (3 passengers), Business SUV (6), First Class Mercedes S-Class (3), Luxury SUV Escalade range (6), Mercedes Sprinter Van (14) and the Limo & Party Bus class (10). Honest capacities are listed on the fleet page — a stretch limo that seats ten seats ten, including the dresses.

04Can you handle a full wedding-day itinerary with multiple vehicles?

Yes — multi-vehicle coordination is our specialty. A typical wedding books a First Class sedan for the couple, a Sprinter for the wedding party and looping guest shuttles between hotels and the venue, all under one booking, one dispatcher and one written confirmation.

05What are your policies for prom and passengers under 21?

Our vehicles are strictly alcohol-free for passengers under 21, with no exceptions. Parents receive the chauffeur name, photo and vehicle details before pickup, the itinerary agreed at booking is the itinerary driven, and drop-off is confirmed at the end of the night. Every chauffeur is licensed, background-checked and insured.

06Can we decorate the limo for a birthday or quinceanera?

Within reason, gladly. Banners, balloons and floral arrangements are welcome when arranged at booking so the chauffeur schedules setup time. We also carry cakes and gift boxes in climate-controlled comfort. We only ask that decorations avoid adhesives that mark the interior.

07Do you wait during the ceremony, dinner or party?

Yes. Standard waiting time is already inside every quote, and wait-and-return is our most popular arrangement for anniversary dinners and ceremonies: the chauffeur stays on call and the car reappears when you are ready. Longer waits are billed transparently in 15-minute blocks agreed in advance.

08What happens if our flight into MIA, FLL or PBI is delayed?

Nothing you need to manage. We track every inbound flight and shift the pickup automatically. International arrivals include 60 minutes of free waiting and domestic arrivals 30 minutes, so customs and baggage queues do not add a cent to the fare.

09Do you serve venues outside Miami, like The Breakers in Palm Beach?

Yes. Long-distance fixed fares from $129 cover destination venues across Florida — The Breakers and Palm Beach island, Boca Raton, the Keys and beyond. Round trips and full wedding weekends are scheduled as bundled legs in a single booking.

10What is included on board?

Every vehicle carries bottled water and free WiFi, and every fare includes a professional chauffeur and door-to-door service. First Class and party bookings can add champagne-stop routing, specific playlists or an ice chest on request — tell us when you book.

11How do payments and cancellations work?

You pay securely online at booking and receive written confirmation with your chauffeur details before the day. Plans change — cancellations made with reasonable notice are refunded in full, and we will always try to reschedule a celebration rather than cancel it. Same-day changes are handled by phone at (561) 209-5466.

12Will the exact car in the photos show up?

We book by class, not by plate — "Cadillac Escalade range" means an Escalade-class luxury SUV of the current generation, immaculate inside and out. If a specific make matters for your photographs, tell us at booking and we will confirm what is available for your date.

13Can the chauffeur make photo stops along the route?

Of course — photo stops are half the point of a celebration car. Wynwood murals, South Pointe Park, the bayfront: add stops when you book so they are timed and priced into the itinerary, and the chauffeur will hold the vehicle in frame-friendly position at each one.

14Which areas do you cover?

All of greater Miami — Brickell, downtown, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Doral, Hialeah and Aventura — plus Fort Lauderdale and Broward, and long-distance service to Palm Beach and across Florida. If the celebration is in South Florida, we drive to it.
